Thats incorrect.
Within the gaming platform they can simply automate rules for gaming title distribution per region or country or IP addresses or by per account... etc
They are bringing all paid subscribers into a single Azure cloud instance. So MTN subscribers can chat to Miggster subscribers and compete against each other to improve and eventually win a prize.
There should be no latency as the Microsoft Azure Cloud datacenters are spread globally and synced
They should be building a subscriber ecosystem with their partners
