The problem with "taking money off the table" is where do you put it? Okay in the bank is safe but if you need such safety you would hardly have invested in BOW in the first place. What happens instead is that you will invest it into another share and risk the capital again. Then it is really a question of percieved risks between two shares. I haven't sold any BOW yet because there is only a few other opportunities worth the risk/reward and I have invested there also. Once I find a better risk sure I'll make the trade then.
