why compare us to VUL ... they skyrocketed because they "could" be a disruptive technology, we will be using known technology that produces known results. I would compare VUL to QS and we know what has happened to QS.

I would compare SYA to PLL or PLS. I use PLL to compare mostly because of the similarities in size and both now have 1 off-take partner, both start producing in the same time frame. PLL market cap 573M, sayona market cap 126M - 4 bags would put us in line with how the market values them, but if we also double our size (via NAL) and pick up another off-taker it would seem to indicate a much large bag count (8 or 10).
