Because the shares are no longer listed on the ASX, they cannot be sold via the ASX for any price.
However as the company has not had an administrator appointed, it must still be solvent, as there are large penalties if Directors continue to trade if insolvent.
Therefore if you can find a buyer you can do an off market transfer.
If you want to crystallize a tax loss or wind up say a super fund you would need to do this.
Obviously someone wants out, with a very substantial parcel, and they nanaged to find a purchaser.
This gives a glimmer of hope to the rest of us, but IMHO it will involve a cap raise.
