This is why the sp isn't going any higher and it won't until the placement is finalised , the reason for the extension is the merger proposal clear and simple.
Some investors might want to do some research into FER before making and decisions , maybe you should have done the same.
Theres no point in whinging day in day out , If your unhappy take your loss and move on , or you can sit and wait PATIENTLY for more news to make any further decisions on your investment stategy which seems very airy to say the least.
