Here's an account of my visit.

1. Popped down to the Mezzanine floor
2. Straight in front of lifts was Accent Dental (anchor tenant), and on the left were Aspire Mining and DPG Property
3. On the left section, there were 2 solid timber doors on opposite ends labelled staff only. Based on signage placement, I'd say Door 1 (Aspire) and Door 2 (DPG)
4. There is a reception area with glass door, which looks to be part of the DPG office. The lights at reception / front of office weren't on, I could however see light from the hallway behind.
5. While I was leaving, someone walked out of the Door 2 straight into fire exit, presumably to go for lunch. Casual attire
6. Went down to check tenant directory and Peak is not listed on the tenant directory

My take on reception area:
- They are running on skeleton staff hence no receptionist and most visits would have been by appointment

In terms of lack of response from Company
- Team is elsewhere with one person staying back to hold fort (deduced from casual attire), or
- They are in blackout period
