Yes, the very same guy. His experience with SBM and RIO was touted as positive when he came onboard with A40 too.
I should rephrase, he is on my gray list - linked to boards who have done questionable things or failed companies. Someone has to feature on a gray list two times for me before they move to the black list, that is part of the rules I go by.
I didnt find any evidence of wrongdoing by Bob with A40, however two other directors clearly performed immoral actions (if not illegal) so I am staying onboard right now and will give Bob the benefit of the doubt.
