My immediate thought was exactly the same Ty, these ‘probably’ aren’t going anywhere until at least after the AGM, which ‘probably’ means:

1)no mining licence
2)no native title agreement ann
3)no offtake deal/processing agreement

Last year they gave what at the time would account for 6% of the company, at essentially in the money conversion prices to:

Phil- 20 million options (hardly begrudge him these considering he was the saviour at the time)
Frank- 10 million options
Bruce- 10 million options

So the other 2 are getting their turn this year, at least at 60% premium this time.
