    Blackstone’s downstream strategy is in response to recent discussions with major players in the Lithium-ion battery industry. The Company will continue to engage with parties interested in Blackstone’s NCM811 discussions with multiple potential JV partners ----- wowsers.

    Also Trafigura- who are they?.....just a little commodity trader with 171 billion in revenue and 9000 employees.
