I think once you get to 75% you effectively control the company, can pass special resolutions etc but can't force the remaining shareholders to sell. The company stays listed, NRW keep control, can change management, can even delist the company and make it a private company etc. I'm pretty sure we have passed any point of this not going ahead tbh.
