Of the 10% you say, the likes of Richard Branson wouldn't be one (read his book about how they all were paid equal amounts for years), and look at the things he has done. However the 10% would include many who strip the company and walk away with large sums. I've been in some of those companies and have lost my full investment. Give me an honest man for an honest day's pay, any day of the week.
