Devander, I hadn't thought through the tax angle - which is only one reason why I'm not rich, I suppose. I'll use that technique in future, thanks.
PA, I sold shares last week at a nice profit, they went for a run and looked like pulling back. I had an order to buy them back when the price did indeed drop further, but chickened out and cancelled it. If I had bought them back I'd have made a small fortune, not merely a decent profit. So many 'if only's'. At least I'm learning heaps :D
