Yes. I guess all shareholders cannot wait for the "restart/settlement" announcement.
There must be so many hedge fund managers waiting for the announcement with the trigger on the buy button.
They cannot buy it now, but retail investors certainly can.
Once they can restart production, shareprice is going to be higher than $2 for sure.
