Wall sure talks a big game!
Nothing is permanent but the issue for 88e is can’t afford to wait 4 years (8 years if JB is a 2 termer).
How much oil is down there, whether it’s commercial, where exactly to drill, what’s the cost etc.
So talk is cheap, and DW never has any problems talking big.
