First strike of the HAMMER

Still scratching my head to work out who was behind the sudden buying volume. Sure, bots were at work and shorters/day traders etc would account for some of it, but 250M is a massive volume.

Big numbers are hard to hide. It tells you that someone is there ready to pull the trigger on this, and they went in and bought everything that popped its head up on this early stage good news. They were ready, they know what it takes to induce people to sell, they had their eye on this for a while and they know what theyre buying. Í would suggest this "must buy" on good news directive resulted in the massive volume and it drove the price up. These buyers have what they wanted, and are now sitting back to mop up a bit more, as more nervous nellies part with their holdings, to achieve their "free carry".

So ask yourself, is the purchaser stupid? Do they have money to burn? or...do they see value, derisking of potential, massive, highly prospective and valuable tenements that would take years to assemble, ready to pluck for a fraction of their potential value...do they see that it is only a matter of time before Hammer hits it big, and building a similar position on this will cost them 5 x the current price.

Despite a lot of detractors out there, the hits at Trafalgar are significant. The FIRST two holes, hit paydirt, at depth, below existing WORKINGS. These grades are not flashes in the pan...theyre indicative of the mineralising systems the team is looking for. They have only just begun scratching at it. Thats why someone, who knows what this means, pulled the trigger. HMX have numerous similar prospects that have NOT been drilled yet. Think about the potential this represents - and someone just shelled out $20-$30 million for a part of it.

Next few days will tell us what happened.

Im hanging on however folks, the ride has only just begun. HMX have cash, a rich JV partner, the ground and hopefully enough control of the share register to ward off predators. One good deposit at Isa could see this hit $500M MC in the next 12 months. Is it Trafalgar? (I reckon it is) or is it one of the 20 similar prospects they have? (we will find out in 6-12 months) How about BW and the north Orelia targets? Kens Bore - 30 m massive sulphide in the first hole? What if they find 2 good deposits? Be patient, these guys have at least 1 - 2 years funding - it will be worth the wait IMO.
