I'm assuming that you must have some insider knowledge of what's contained in the respective bids given your statements regarding EMC are more "desperate" than SYA and are willing to overpay. So, if you do have this info how about sharing it on this thread? Otherwise I'll take it that you are straight up full of BS and just like to see you own posts. Sad really.
