Yes Spooky , The Sausage Factory is up to it's same old tricks , how is this fair to all unit holders , offering one group a lifeline & not others .That's discriminating against one group of holders , surely ASIC won't allow this & neither would a court . If it's so bad for one group & they needs saving , Why isn't it also bad for the rest . This needs explaining . Maccas pulled the same stunt when they bought 8 per cent on market , when they vere in court trying to bankrupt Nicky .
