I agree with this. This is not a pure R&D stock that will have no commercial activities in the near future. The CEO has been very clear and public about shifting focus to commercialisation, and they've gone through a substantial headcount change to pivot towards BD and sales.
There needs to be evidence of steady results and new contracts coming in. They don't need to be big, but management cannot say that FY2020 was about setting up for FY2021, and then have H1 with only one new source of revenue from Mastercard.
I think the big concern is that their business stacks up in theory but not in commercial practice. They need to prove that they can successfully commercialise their tech. Plenty of fantastic technical ideas end up going nowhere, or are superseded by alternatives because of a lack of commercial acumen.
