OEL is now trading ex-rights - Thats is why the price dropped to 6c.
The raising is already a success - it has been UNDERWITTEN. This means that the money will be sent to OEL. OEL receiveing the required funds = successfull raising.
I'm sure that your negative ramping club understands this and are suggesting otherwise in hope of convincing holders to sell to achieve your goals of entering this stock at a lower price.
Not sure which is being more aggressively shorted here - OEL or ethics?
