Let me sum this up, its not that complicated guys:
- Kenneth Hall is one of the major SH with 16M shares and was onboard with us from the start, he added 5M more shares last June.
- On 20/12 he met Zeff for dinner after his long and tiring field trip to El Zorro for an emergency meeting with our geo team to discuss the core of Hole 80.
- He asked Zeff about what was his thought about the core and the possible scale of El Zorro. Of course Zeff did not reveal any price sensitive information but Ken noticed that Zeff opened 2 bottles of Dom Perignon Rose Gold champage that night, each costs $70k.
- Ken immediately fast sell his 3M flat overlooking the harbour bridge for just 2M. Then purchased 7.4M TSO shares on market.
- End of story. Nothing to see here... (me quietly put in a buy order )
