Has anyone else used a NPV10 spreadsheet to check that with a very good first year of high iron ore price our NPV increases dramatically and yields an SP of 41c per share.
Throw in 2 good years and you achieve 71c per share.
I calibrated the spreadsheet to yield their numbers of NPV of $54M for an annual $16M profit before tax. using all their input values of US $111/tonne , 0.7 exchange rate and C1 of au’s $76/tonne.
Can someone else confirm they achieve similar results?
At some stage the SP will re-rate accordingly. Has the company mentioned what their policy on dividends once we are cash flow positive moving forward?
thanks
