Not too sure whether Hazer should participate as an applicant for $100 million offered by Eon Musk to contribute to someone for best carbon capture idea. To me he wants to know the best effort and intention is to find the best investment product. If that is the case that technique will mean 100 million is a very small contribution he wants to pay for his ambition.
