IMVHO they can't be specific with answers till a decision is reached on Nifty.
Nevertheless, they're doing the groundwork on making Renison more efficient (at least they've proven they know what they're doing there).
WRT Tasmanians. It's actually a WA company just happen to have a good asset in Tassie. Even with the Tassie assets, they have managed to improve the usual/ old tassie work practices that have held things back.
BTW IMVHO the main engineering/ practice they need to be efficient is to use Jumbo(s) to do the cutting. They do that and had a bit of fun with trying to get it right at Nifty too. it's why I said I want to see them putting money into capital development. i.e. cutting drives to ready stopes. I suspect the very difficult conditions at Nifty made them do some high-quality planning/scheduling at the more straightforward Renison however I can't be sure.
Just wait till Ventnor (VRX) actually try and run their mine which is in Tassie.
