Cajun scrimp:
Cook two servings / 200 gm of small raw pealed scrimps with tails left on and coat in the following:
A splash oil.
1 teaspoon Cajun dry seasoning mix.
¼ teaspoon five spice powder.
A few splashes liquid smoke.
Fry grill or barbeque on high heat.
No need to turn.
