What you don't get or are intentionally ignoring is that the language was unlikely to meet stipulated end point of the trial.
That end point was set high so only, originally 240 patients would have to be enrolled in the trial.
FDA trial web page states trial is Active not Recruiting opposed to stopped because of futility.
If a trial is halted because a product is futile then there is no ambiguity about it, Trial is stopped and if reason is product is futile the DMSB and FDA state so in plain language!
This isn't the case for Remestemcel-L.
Lets wait for the data! Yes? So no one is mislead!!
