i dont actually know, but as I postulated on a previous post that the acquisition is more akin to a coalition, as I see Brad and adam holding onto looking after running the business after the acquisition. Also they have performance shares due in if they reach milestones. I think those performance shares are significant. Goodfella seemed to think the quadpay deal was terrible and that zip overpaid...
