I am aware of your reference, I don't agree with it. It is why I say let market forces dictate EV take. That means no incentives. Infrastructure is slowly happening as EV take up is slow. Both will increase as growth grows. Growth will occur naturally as we will have no alternative. There is no reason to rush things through.
Base load power is an issue. Victoria already runs a deficit of power in summer and sources power from NSW to boost supply when needed.
