hmm well yep i hate to see what is happening to tls because Australia does not have many global co's like tls.ie i don't regard exporting dirt or coal as being particularly smart co's ie just look at the ridiculous write downs of both rio and bhp over the years and how simple their business should b until they expand overseas and get screwed.. tls has everything going for it but the performance says it all.U can not afford to have someone like penn running a company like tls imo only if profit counts.. And i did not post the suggestion tls is having a 'extraordinary general meeting' tomorrow ie 2 weeks before AGM. U only have a EGM for a serious legal issue or if there are 'key management' changes.
