With the comments about combination therapy ratcheting up, i believe Roche would certainly be in the best position to combine HerVaxx with Herceptin , Perjeta and Tecentriq. To share or not to share is the question. Exclusivity comes at a price if they want it that way. Am sure the dollars don't really matter that much to them. Just look at recent prices paid for lesser products.
Merck already have a mass of Keytruda combination trials underway. Perhaps they would be more interested in the Pd1Vaxx than the Her2, to build on their Pd1 dominant position. GSK have been building via acquisition but still have some catching up to do. Gilead likewise have been building via acquisitions in CAR T and antibody drug conjugates and setting the price bar nicely higher for outright takeover values.
What the market will pay for an entire B Cell platform with no toxcity or safety issues becomes a very juicy question. We are in a very healthy position although the current market cap bears no reflection on a multi billion dollar revenue pipeline in the making.
