Please don't make childish accusations unless you want to back up with some substance.

The facts are that they will have started CSEM by 15th May.
I don't know how many times this has to be posted for you to understand.
Now if they are starting early and the CSEM takes two weeks then they will know the results prior to end of May or at end of May latest.
So please explain to everyone here how it is ridiculous. They may choose not to announce as they have 90 days from CSEM commencement but to say it is ridiculous smacks of an agenda.
You have posted negatively on FAR in your posts to date. I wonder why?

Please be true to your call and don't buy until August and only purchase if it gets to low fours. Otherwise you will simply come across as a down ramper.


below is part of the agreement again. Please read the last point for clarification re timing. Sure things can happen...maybe the boat will get hit by pirates? but the intent is for no later than mid May and I think Shell,Hartleys and FAR have a slightly better handle on timng that either of us.


The Agreement is conditional upon:
„h obtaining various approvals and consents from the Government of Senegal;
„h obtaining various approvals and consents from Petrosen and a waiver of Petrosen¡¦s
pre-emptive rights;
„h Shell entering into a contract to purchase CSEM Data and confirmation that a survey
boat will be available to commence CSEM Data acquisition by 15 May 2009.
