We have a Major Pharma on board Sanofi Aventis the 4Th largest in the world funding our ready to fill safety syringe (RTF)to 40 to 60 million unit/year production bringing in $400 million in revenue in 2011 to 1 billion 2017, we are a major asset to them, TA option maybe? But wait and see they are in acquisition mode and we are on their books.
How long to sign the IA? i dont know , but a talk i had with a company official a little while ago it was said the longer it takes the better it is for holders..
