charting definitely has a place and should always be considered.
Gann45's charts clearly showed the oil price was overblown at $130/b, he then went on to say it would rise to the $145/b b4 collapsing. His predictions were deadly accurate virtually to the dollar, a great pity he doesnt post much anymore.
