Just called the tyro 24 hour support line in Bangalore- guess what they told- almost all the issues have already been resolved. I didn't even wait 1 minute to speak to someone, try speaking to the bank- 2 hours wait time or Jetstar- 2 hours. Viceroy can take their BS report and go F&CK themselves with it.
