In the true meaning of a company shell SUD doesn’t quite fit as it has something to do, but I suspect in Hoppers terms it is a shell as the current Carter created business is of no value to him,
I don’t think he will be pushing any of the sprays too hard, if one happens to make a bit of money on the way it’s an added bonus, but not his focus.

it will be a few months still before he can land the whopper that he tried to land and failed
that really would have been good for SUD
but he’ll find another
