My perspective is that the positive test plant results were released very close to Christmas, thus reducing widespread acknowledgement; the market is playing "catchup". We also saw that a director placed an on market order earlier in the month which was commented on as being a sign of confidence. Also just my opinion but I do think that the ticker name change has increased visibility of the project to long term traders who had previously written off PM1 for their previous failed projects. Fundamentally I think this run is simply a sign of increasing awareness.
