"I'm unsure CGT's position in the Thai market but it sounds like they are in a great position to take advantage of the new regulations."@Sweetmole They tell you exactly what their position is in Thailand with this ann...They're simply a 'service-provider / consultancy'. In their own words, "CGT's service-based revenue model"

probably should have rephrased this - are CGT a leader in the Thai market, is the Thai industry as competitive as the Australian Industry?

So their news of this morning means nothing to me as they're only expressing the fact that they are 'pleased' with the progress being made with Thai leglisation and processing of licence applications will begin this week. I'd reckon it's pretty much guaranteed CGB/CGT will be licenced, as well as AA Bio.I'd have thought that by now, considering past history, everything would be totally transparent but I'm not convinced.Maybe I'm just whingeing but I'd much prefer to see news on new contracts as opposed to a narrative of expressing pleasure at the progress of leglisation in Thailand.

agree 100% - SP won't be impacted by this announcement, hoping for some strong contract / revenue statements in the quarterly
