Let's hope in time BGA takes up my little suggestion to where it can (without too much detail on labels) insert the increasingly well known Bega logo to further favourably drive shopper perceptions.
In BGA's favour is (from our wonderful PM Scomo down) a growing appreciation as to how 'Buy Australian' (when the goods are of merchantable quality) is often a good policy to grow jobs, especially in the rural areas where BGA operates.
2020 was a year best forgotten but remembering how BGA 'the little Aussie battler' beat giant, politically correct USA titan Mondelez in the High Court of Australia was one of the few events to savour.
2021 may see BGA improving the efficiency of manufacturing plants and other newly acquired infrastructure, while endeavouring to cement or initiate ongoing bonds with dairyfarmers - not always easy when the supplier milk price is so contentious, and there's competition to acquire supplies - and increase its penetration into many retail spaces, and Australian households.
