If this was decided in December, why wasn't it announced in December? IMHO Leaves a bad taste that the first performance hurdle is basically at today's closing price.

I would (and will), suggest they re-evaluate the compensation scheme to be milestone based ratther than share price based, or if they are going to make it share price based at least make the first hurdle an actual hurdle and increase it from there. The reason the previous performance options expired is because of performance, that doesn't warrant being a justification for being extra generous this time around... IMHO.
