It really depends on each of the various platforms talk to one another. I have received my shares in Selfwealth, but i had to update my average price myself.
Regarding the cash refund, make sure you have your banking details updated with Automic (registry) - the next payment run is this Wednesday, so if you have your details in by COB tomorrow, you should get it Wednesday/Thursday.
