Definitely need a change of all management.
Unless this happens we (the shareholder's), will continue to lose money.
The consolidation only gives the share price a greater distance to fall (bigger loses).
(Bit like falling off a .003 metre cliff or off a .06 metre cliff, WHAT WILL HURT THE MOST ?).
Which in my opinion, it will.
Also in my opinion...REMOVE THE ENTIRE BOARD AND MANAGEMENT.
