that i had the op to speak with norman again recently,
who said that they would annouce the hearing date, and again, their lawyers have prssed the court in this regard.
As to what comes from left field, i wouldn't be suprised if something was done on the court room steps,
just keep in mind, that it is my understanding that the plaintiff doesnt have the funds to have a prolonged court battle, so in their interest to take a pay out and move on.
But thats just my opinion.
