I think the current share price sends a very strong message to the market that $2.10 is cheap. Management are being more than fair to their smaller shareholders by giving them an opportunity to participate in the SPP (via the extension of the SPP). I would expect that "deeper pockets" might also be attracted to the current price of $2.10 also! From what I see currently - Is that the SPP has been a huge success!
