Pitrou et al examined trials in drugs finding shrinking margins of efficacy, and that efficacy coming at the expense of safety and adverse effects. I've given examples of this in recently approved drugs for IBD and RA.
I suggest reading online reviews for Entresto. They're detailed and specific and imo consistent with how the trial was designed.
Some of these side effects imo sound serious enough to go to hospital for.
