The need to change ownership when a trustee dies has been on my mind since a friend described the hassles he had when his wife died - when he was least up to dealing with them. Does anyone know how difficult/expensive it is to change an existing SMSF from individual trustees to a corporate structure?
Also, does anyone know about reversionary pensions? Is it sufficient to simply state when the pension is started that it is to be reversionary and name the beneficiary?
