NJ, Im not entirely sure what assets they have in the pipeline that they can sell? The land/infrastructure for the majority of project is owned by the TPF plus TODHA?...TIM has a 46% stake in TPF. I believe they own the land the eucalypts trees are grown on but the growers have leases in place. Great Southern tried to offer their growers a swap recently of trees for shares so they could parcel up the land and trees together (it would be worth more that way) but the growers (not shareholders) blocked the sale of the assets. TIM has the problem that they need to lease the land back off the purchaser, a Japanese consortium tabled a bid but apparantly it was 2/3's of SFA.
