It's great to see some LT price discovery going on.
There will be lots more happening this year as utilities look to cover future fuel requirements.
They are competing for limited future pounds, so it may start a more active process from other utilities.
Price per pound is at the bottom end at US36, but it needs to start somewhere.
I doubt they will get their tender fill requirements at that price looking at the fundamental supply/demand outlook.
