yes nearology is critical in acquisition. However, it is a question that PNN would need to address in it's DD. In the meantime some good absorption at these levels. With literally 8 trading days to deadline, unless the 2 parties agree on an extension, there will be a scramble for shares this week and I would expect a retest of the highs as the sp stabilizes with momentum indicators allowed to cool down.
