If this is a personal issue around the CEO then a 10% fall seems more reasonable. I suspect that some insiders may have known something as the share price has been steadily falling over the last three months when you would have expected an increase with the second car market going gangbusters and the company update being quite good. The worry is that the CEO gets dragged into this.
