It appears to me from the various comments that there were perhaps just a relatively simple three tiers of allocation:
- long term holder 77%
- not long term holder & no trading in the SPP period 52%
- not long term holder & trading in the SPP period 25%
It doesn't appear that total holdings or size/timing of the application played a part in the allocation. As a much-tortured holder since 2013, I'm satisfied with getting 77% giving some recognition to TLG loyalty!
I'm surprised by the amount of reaction to the allocations - I'm not sure what people were expecting given the surplus applications, and particularly the warning issued regarding trading.
Regardless, it's time to move on & move forward
