Completely agree! FMG is another example. Look at their growth in cashflow, revenue and best of all... profits! Their market cap is also steady showing steady growth for a consistent 5years! And you get a massive dividend! Twiggy banked a billion bux in dividend CASH! Good luck getting instant billion bux as cash fully franked from APT! You would have to sell your position if you were a major stakeholder. Twiggy just gets it like rent!
Compare that to APT!?!? Not in 10 years! Not in 15 years.
